Delete your HelmLife account

In the app or on the website

Sign in at helmlife.app, or open the HelmLife app.
Open the account menu.
Tap Manage account, then Delete account, and confirm.

It happens straight away, on every device.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@helmlife.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm it's you, and we answer within 30 days.

What's deleted

Everything personal: your private lists and entries, health logs, receipt and card photos, Helms, settings and your sign-in.
Shared lists you created pass to the longest-standing other member, so the group's history isn't lost.
Copies in our providers' backups roll off within about 30 days.

Only want your health data gone? Use Delete my health data in Health data & consent in the account menu; your account stays. More in our Privacy & Cookies policy.
